In our Cardiff studio we offer classes in aerial hoop, static/dance trapeze, aerial hammock, static cloud, loops, rope and silks. We also offer private lessons, and space for self-led aerial and ground-based training.

We release aerial open training slots for existing, signed-off students where there is availability. You must have prior agreement to book. Private lessons are also available during these sessions—please see the aerial open training page for further details.
